Dragonwell First Grade Pre-Qing Ming

Harvested in early Spring before the annual Quingming festival, this coveted tea is considered the highest quality green tea. The first harvest of the year produces a beautiful leaf, pan-fired and hand flattened resulting in a delicate toasty chestnut flavor with a subtle sweetness and smooth finish.

Green Tea | Moderate Caffeine | Steep at 170-185°F for 1-3 mins

Hot Tea Steeping Instructions

Bring cold water to 170-185°F. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaves in a steeper, or one sachet per cup. Pour hot water over tea leaves, steep 1-3 minutes, remove tea leaves and enjoy. 

Iced Tea Steeping Instructions

Single Glass: Follow hot steeping instructions, using only a ½ cup of hot water. Once hot steeping is complete, pour into ice filled glass and enjoy.

One Gallon: Bring 1/2 gallon cold water to 170 - 185°F. Remove water from heat and add 1 oz of tea leaves in a steeper or 7 sachets .  Steep 1-3 minutes, remove tea leaves or sachets and pour into an ice filled pitcher. Top off with additional ice and enjoy!
